We appreciate your support and can’t wait for you to dive into our stories. Here's what to expect with shipping and our refund policy:

📮 Shipping

• Fulfillment Time: 2–3 business days on average, but please give us grace during holidays!

• Shipping (Domestic U.S.):  Typically, 2–8 business days after fulfillment.

• Shipping (International): Typically, 10–20 business days; subject to customs delays and international carrier timelines.

    Please note: Angel Stull-James LLC does not cover or reimburse any import duties, customs fees, or taxes incurred for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an international order.

📬 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

🔄 Refunds & Replacements

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

• Lost Orders: If your item is not received within 30 days from the fulfillment date, contact us (below). We will evaluate each case individually.

• Replacement requests: Are honored on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted via email (see below contact).
